Responsibilities

- Support customer service inquiries and resolve issues efficiently.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a college or university program (Undergraduate or Graduate).
- Must be available to work night shifts (typically 6:00 PM to 2:00 AM).
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and maintain high attention to detail.
- Reliable transportation to and from the Minneapolis office.
