Responsibilities
- Monitor daily operational workflows and assist in resolving technical issues.
- Process incoming tickets and data entries with high accuracy during the night cycle.
- Collaborate with the day-shift team to ensure seamless handovers and continuity.
- Conduct routine system checks and report any anomalies to the IT department.
- Assist in inventory management and stock organization for the night shift.
- Provide basic customer support via phone and email during business hours.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace to ensure safety compliance.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a High School, Associate, or Bachelor's degree program.
- Must be available to start between Summer 2024 and Fall 2024.
- Must have reliable transportation for the night shift commute.
- Basic computer literacy (Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace).
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
