Responsibilities
- Support Weekend Operations: Assist in the daily execution of weekend shifts, including inventory management, logistics coordination, and task delegation.
- Data Analysis & Reporting: Collect and analyze operational data to generate weekly reports, identifying trends and areas for improvement.
- Customer Engagement: Interact with clients and stakeholders via phone and email, providing exceptional service and resolving inquiries.
- Project Assistance: Support cross-functional teams on special projects, ensuring deadlines are met and deliverables are high-quality.
- Process Optimization: Document workflows and propose innovative solutions to streamline weekend operations.
Qualifications
- Education: Currently enrolled in an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree program in Business, Operations, Logistics, or a related field.
- Schedule: Must be available to work 20-30 hours per week, specifically on weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and basic data entry skills.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Problem Solving: Ability to think critically and adapt quickly in a fast-paced, changing environment.
