We are looking for individuals who are detail-oriented, reliable, and ready to contribute to our operational success from 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM.
Responsibilities
- Monitor real-time inventory and logistics dashboards during night operations.
- Assist in data entry and verification of shipment manifests and invoices.
- Generate and review nightly operational reports using Microsoft Excel.
- Conduct basic quality control checks on incoming and outgoing stock.
- Collaborate with the day shift team to ensure a seamless transition of operations.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace in accordance with OSHA protocols.
- Participate in weekly team meetings and training sessions.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in High School, Associate’s, or Bachelor’s degree program (Summer/Fall start).
- Basic computer literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Must be available to work 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM (Night Shift).
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs occasionally and stand for extended periods.
- Valid ID and proof of eligibility to work in the United States.
