Responsibilities
- Assist the operations team with daily administrative tasks and data entry.
- Manage and organize digital files, customer records, and project documentation.
- Provide exceptional customer support via phone, email, and in-person inquiries.
- Participate in team meetings, brainstorming sessions, and project planning.
- Conduct market research and prepare weekly progress reports for the management team.
- Support the logistics team in coordinating daily workflows and schedules.
- Learn and apply basic accounting and budgeting principles under supervision.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a college or university program (Associate's, Bachelor's, or recent graduate).
- Must be available to work full-time or part-time during the summer months.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Basic understanding of business operations or supply chain management is preferred but not required.
- Reliable transportation to and from the Memphis, TN location.
