Responsibilities
- Monitor and manage incoming data streams and communication channels during night operations.
- Assist in the accurate entry and verification of nightly operational reports.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for internal systems and equipment.
- Maintain a clean, organized workspace ensuring safety compliance at all times.
- Collaborate with the day-shift team to ensure seamless transition of daily tasks.
- Document daily activities and log any anomalies or technical issues promptly.
- Attend weekly intern training sessions and performance reviews.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in an undergraduate program with a minimum GPA of 3.0.
- Must be eligible to receive college credit for the internship.
- Availability to work full-time night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM or similar).
- Strong attention to detail and proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a quiet environment.
