Responsibilities
- Assist in the processing of incoming and outgoing shipments during night hours.
- Conduct accurate inventory counts and stock organization.
- Utilize WMS (Warehouse Management Systems) to update inventory levels.
- Collaborate with the night shift supervisor to identify and resolve operational bottlenecks.
- Prepare and maintain accurate operational reports and logs.
- Ensure a safe, clean, and organized workspace for all night shift personnel.
- Support customer service inquiries regarding order status and tracking.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s degree program (Supply Chain, Business, Logistics, or related field).
- Must be available to work night shifts (evenings and weekends) for the summer duration.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and stand for extended periods.
- Excellent communication skills and a proactive attitude.
- Relevant coursework is preferred but not required.
