Responsibilities
- Monitor and manage incoming data streams and system alerts during evening hours.
- Assist the night operations team with data entry, record-keeping, and administrative tasks.
- Provide basic technical support and troubleshoot common software issues for internal staff.
- Conduct quality assurance checks on nightly deliverables to ensure 100% accuracy.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify process improvements for night operations.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree program (Graduating Class of 2025 or later).
- Available to work a night shift schedule (typically 5:00 PM - 2:00 AM).
- Strong attention to detail and exceptional time management skills.
- Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- A reliable and professional work ethic with a positive attitude.
