What You Will Do
As our Technical Recruiter Intern, you will play a critical role in helping us identify and secure top-tier talent for our Fortune 500 clients. Your days will be fast-paced and diverse, ensuring you leave with a comprehensive understanding of the tech recruitment landscape.
Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough research to identify potential candidates and build talent pipelines for technical roles.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial phone screens to assess candidate qualifications and cultural fit.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers using Greenhouse or Lever.
- Assist in maintaining the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and updating candidate statuses.
- Participate in employer branding activities, including social media content creation and company events.
- Collaborate with the sales team to understand client needs and refine recruitment strategies.
Qualifications
- Pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with a professional demeanor.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is a plus.
- Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter or other sourcing tools is highly desirable.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- A proactive attitude and a genuine interest in learning about the technology sector.
