Responsibilities
- Assist the recruitment team in sourcing and screening candidates for open positions.
- Conduct market research to identify potential talent pools in various industries.
- Coordinate interview schedules and prepare candidate briefs.
- Maintain and update candidate databases and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- Support onboarding processes for new hires to ensure smooth transitions.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to daily operational goals.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree program.
- Must be able to obtain college credit for this internship.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Basic understanding of recruiting or HR principles is a plus.
- Reliable transportation and valid driver's license.
