Responsibilities
- Source and screen potential candidates through various channels, including LinkedIn, job boards, and networking events.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Manage and update candidate data in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Assist in the creation of job descriptions and interview guides.
- Conduct market research to identify talent pools and industry trends.
- Provide feedback to hiring teams on candidate fit and experience.
- Support onboarding activities for new hires.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with recruitment tools and social media platforms is a plus.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
