Responsibilities
- Conduct market research and utilize Boolean search strategies to source passive candidates on LinkedIn and professional networks.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidate qualifications and cultural fit.
- Coordinate interview schedules, prepare interview packets, and provide feedback to the hiring team.
- Manage and update candidate data in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Assist in organizing and attending campus recruitment events and networking sessions.
- Write compelling job descriptions and assist in employer branding efforts.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Strong interest in the technology sector and recruitment processes.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and social media platforms.
- High level of organization, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
- Must be available to start in Summer or Fall 2024.
