Responsibilities
- Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, and other platforms to identify and engage potential candidates for technical roles.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial phone screens to assess candidate qualifications and cultural fit.
- Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for key technical positions such as Software Engineering, Data Science, and DevOps.
- Assist in the administration of the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and maintain candidate data accuracy.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree program in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Strong interest in technology, software development, and recruitment processes.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
