Responsibilities
- Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates for technical positions.
- Conduct initial phone screens and interviews to assess candidate fit and salary expectations.
- Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Greenhouse or Lever to update candidate pipelines and status.
- Research and identify potential talent on professional networks like LinkedIn.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and create job descriptions.
- Coordinate interview schedules and send follow-up correspondence.
- Assist in organizing career fairs and recruitment events.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Must be available to work night shifts (e.g., 5:00 PM – 2:00 AM EST).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Basic understanding of the recruitment lifecycle and talent acquisition.
- Self-motivated with a proactive attitude and ability to work independently.
- Experience with social media recruiting is a plus.
