Responsibilities
- Conduct market research and utilize Boolean search strategies to identify qualified candidates for technical roles.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial phone screens to assess technical skills and cultural fit.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Manage the applicant tracking system (ATS) to ensure candidate data is accurate and up-to-date.
- Assist in organizing campus recruitment events and internship fairs.
- Prepare candidate feedback reports and contribute to the interview process.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree program (Human Resources, Business, Communications, or related field).
- Pursuing a degree with a graduation date of December 2024 or later.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is a plus.
- Ability to work 20-30 hours per week during the summer.
