Responsibilities
- Conduct market research to identify top talent and emerging industry trends.
- Utilize Boolean search techniques and LinkedIn Recruiter to source candidates for technical roles.
- Screen resumes and coordinate interview schedules for hiring managers efficiently.
- Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
- Assist in the onboarding process and maintain candidate relationship management.
- Update and manage candidate data in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
Qualifications
- Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a professional tone.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
- Ability to work 15-20 hours per week, with flexibility for Summer or Fall schedules.
- Energetic, detail-oriented, and eager to learn the end-to-end recruiting process.
