Responsibilities
- Sourcing and screening candidates via LinkedIn, job boards, and professional networking events.
- Reviewing resumes and applications to match candidates with open Technical Recruiter and IT positions.
- Conducting initial phone screens to assess candidate skills and cultural fit.
- Coordinating interview schedules and preparing interview packets for hiring managers.
- Updating and maintaining candidate databases in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Assisting in employer branding activities and social media outreach.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with ATS software (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever) is a plus.
- Strong research skills and the ability to identify talent in a competitive market.
- A proactive attitude and a willingness to learn the technical recruitment lifecycle.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
