Responsibilities
- Assist the recruitment team in sourcing and screening qualified candidates.
- Conduct market research to identify top talent in the Phoenix area.
- Update and maintain applicant tracking systems (ATS) accurately.
- Coordinate interview schedules and provide logistical support for hiring managers.
- Assist in developing and implementing recruitment marketing strategies.
- Analyze hiring data to provide insights and improve process efficiency.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Associate's degree program.
- Minimum GPA of 3.0 preferred.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Available to work a minimum of 15-20 hours per week.
- Passion for Human Resources and Talent Acquisition.
