Responsibilities
- Conduct market research to identify top talent and industry trends.
- Assist in sourcing candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean search techniques.
- Coordinate interview schedules and manage candidate communication flows.
- Support the SEO team with keyword research, on-page optimization, and content auditing.
- Maintain and update the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) with accurate data.
- Assist in drafting recruitment marketing materials and social media posts.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Strong interest in Technical Recruiting or Search Engine Optimization.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and basic HTML/CSS knowledge is a plus.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, remote-capable office environment.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
