Responsibilities
- Assist in the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing candidates and screening resumes.
- Conduct market research and analyze industry trends to support hiring strategies.
- Coordinate interview schedules and communicate effectively with candidates and hiring managers.
- Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) to maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records.
- Assist in drafting and optimizing job descriptions for SEO to improve job visibility.
- Attend and participate in networking events to build a strong talent pipeline.
- Support the HR team with onboarding new employees and conducting orientation sessions.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree program in Business, Marketing, HR, or related field.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Basic understanding of SEO principles and digital marketing tools is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Valid work authorization in the United States.
