Responsibilities
- End-to-End Recruiting Support: Assist in the full-cycle recruiting process, from sourcing and screening to scheduling interviews.
- Talent Sourcing: Leverage LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and job boards to identify qualified candidates for open positions.
- Candidate Experience: Communicate professionally with candidates, providing timely updates and feedback.
- Market Research: Conduct research on industry trends and competitor salary benchmarks.
- Administrative Excellence: Maintain accurate candidate data in the ATS (Applicant Tracking System) and prepare interview materials.
Qualifications
- Education: Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree program (rising Junior or Senior preferred) in HR, Business, or a related field.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a polished professional tone.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and comfortable learning new recruitment software.
- Work Ethic: Self-starter who is organized, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced team environment.
- Availability: Must be available to work full-time during the summer (40 hours/week) with immediate availability.
