- Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process for technical roles.
- Source and screen potential candidates using LinkedIn, job boards, and social media.
- Conduct initial phone screens and coordinate interview schedules.
- Update applicant tracking systems (ATS) with accurate candidate data.
- Research market trends and salary benchmarks for specific technical positions.
- Support recruiting events and campus outreach programs.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Associate's degree program in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong interest in talent acquisition, recruiting, or human resources.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with ATS platforms is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Must be available to work full-time during the summer months.
