Responsibilities
- Market Sourcing: Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and professional networks to identify and engage potential candidates for open positions.
- Resume Screening: Review incoming resumes and applications to assess candidate qualifications against job requirements.
- Candidate Communication: Conduct initial phone screens to evaluate candidate interest and cultural fit.
- Interview Coordination: Schedule and coordinate interview logistics between candidates and hiring managers.
- CRM Management: Maintain and update candidate profiles in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and CRM.
- Market Research: Assist in researching salary benchmarks and industry trends to support client negotiations.
Qualifications
- Education: Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Skills: Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Research: Ability to conduct effective online research and use Boolean search techniques.
- Soft Skills: Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Passion: Genuine interest in recruitment, staffing, and building relationships.
