Responsibilities
- Assist the recruitment team with candidate screening and interview coordination.
- Conduct market research and analyze industry trends to support business strategy.
- Update and maintain applicant tracking systems (ATS) with accurate data.
- Prepare recruitment materials, job descriptions, and internship summaries.
- Support office operations including filing, data entry, and scheduling meetings.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute fresh ideas for process improvement.
- Shadow senior staff to learn best practices in talent acquisition and business operations.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree program (Graduating Class of 2024/2025).
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team setting.
- Basic understanding of SEO principles or social media marketing is a plus.
