Responsibilities
- Resume Screening: Review and evaluate resumes to identify top talent for open positions.
- Interview Coordination: Schedule and coordinate interview times with candidates and hiring managers.
- Pipeline Management: Maintain an organized database of candidates and track the status of applications.
- Research: Conduct market research to identify potential candidates and industry trends.
- Onboarding Support: Assist in the onboarding process for new hires to ensure a smooth transition.
Qualifications
- Education: Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree program (College Credit eligible).
- Major: Pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Skills: Proficient in MS Office Suite and ATS (Applicant Tracking System) platforms.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Availability: Ability to work a minimum of 15-20 hours per week, including some weekends or evenings if needed.
