Responsibilities
- Candidate Sourcing: Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and job boards to identify and engage potential candidates for technical roles.
- Screening & Coordination: Review resumes, conduct initial phone screens, and coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers.
- SEO & Content Support: Assist in writing and optimizing job descriptions and blog content to improve search engine rankings for our careers page.
- ATS Management: Maintain accurate candidate data in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and ensure timely communication with applicants.
- Market Research: Analyze competitor job postings and salary data to provide actionable insights to the recruitment team.
Qualifications
- Education: Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree program in Human Resources, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Skill Set: Strong interest in recruitment, SEO, and digital marketing. Basic understanding of HTML or web analytics is a plus.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Tools: Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
- Work Ethic: Self-motivated individual who can work independently and meets deadlines consistently.
