Responsibilities
- Assist in screening and reviewing resumes to identify qualified candidates for open positions.
- Conduct research and outreach to potential candidates via various social media platforms and professional networks.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain and update applicant tracking systems (ATS) with accurate candidate information.
- Support onboarding activities for new hires, including preparing welcome packets.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree program in Business, HR, Communications, or a related field.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with a professional demeanor.
- Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and familiarity with HR software (ATS) is a plus.
- High level of organization and attention to detail when managing multiple tasks.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a hybrid office environment.
