Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy aligned with the 2026 business objectives.
- Lead the full-cycle recruitment process for technical roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing top candidates.
- Utilize advanced sourcing techniques and Boolean search to identify passive candidates.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and build detailed talent pipelines.
- Manage employer branding initiatives to position Apex Dynamics as a top employer in the tech industry.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior recruiters and hiring teams.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in technical recruiting, with a strong background in SaaS or software development.
- Proven track record of filling hard-to-fill technical roles on time and within budget.
- Expertise in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Greenhouse, Lever, or Workday.
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycles and technical skill sets (e.g., Python, React, Cloud Architecture).
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
