Responsibilities
- Design and execute 2026 talent acquisition roadmap for quantum/AI engineering roles
- Develop predictive talent analytics models using Python and ML frameworks

- Architect virtual reality candidate assessment protocols for technical roles
- Oversee employer branding initiatives targeting Gen Z talent
- Optimize recruitment funnel using proprietary AI matching algorithms
- Mentor junior recruiters on future-proof sourcing techniques
Qualifications
- 7+ years technical recruiting with 3+ in AI/quantum hiring
- Expertise in predictive analytics and talent forecasting models
- Certification in VR interview design (preferred: Meta Quest Pro)
- Proven track record placing principal engineers at FAANG+ companies
- Advanced proficiency in Python for recruitment automation
- Deep understanding of 2026 tech talent landscape trends
- Experience managing $1M+ recruitment budgets
