Responsibilities
- Develop and execute talent acquisition strategies for 2026-focused roles in AI, quantum computing, and green tech
- Build and maintain a pipeline of passive candidates through advanced sourcing techniques and data-driven outreach
- Collaborate with engineering leads to define role requirements and interview frameworks for emerging technologies
- Champion DEI initiatives by creating equitable hiring processes and inclusive candidate experiences
- Analyze talent market trends and competitor landscapes to inform competitive compensation packages
- Leverage AI-powered recruitment tools while maintaining human-centric candidate engagement
- Mentor junior recruiters on future-focused sourcing methodologies and ethical recruitment practices
Qualifications
- 8+ years technical recruiting experience with proven success in scaling high-growth tech teams
- Expertise in sourcing AI/ML engineers, quantum computing specialists, and sustainability tech talent
- Proficiency in modern ATS platforms (Greenhouse, Lever) and AI sourcing tools (SeekOut, HireVue)
- Certification in DEI recruiting or talent analytics (e.g., LinkedIn Talent Insights)
- Demonstrated ability to build relationships with C-level executives and translate technical requirements
- Experience with remote/hybrid team building and global talent acquisition strategies
- Passion for emerging technologies and continuous learning in quantum/AI advancements
- Portfolio showcasing successful recruitment campaigns for future-focused roles
