Responsibilities
- Assist with inventory management and accurate data entry into warehouse management systems.
- Monitor supply chain operations and report any discrepancies or bottlenecks to the Shift Supervisor.
- Support the shipping and receiving team with loading, unloading, and labeling of packages.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure deadlines are met.
- Handle customer inquiries regarding order status and shipment tracking.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in High School, College, or University (Summer/Fall 2023).
- Basic computer proficiency and typing skills (MS Office preferred).
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays if required.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Valid driver's license is a plus but not required.
- Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs occasionally.
