Responsibilities
- Assist with daily inventory audits and stock replenishment during peak weekend shifts.
- Monitor shipping and receiving logs to ensure accuracy and compliance with safety standards.
- Collaborate with the operations team to identify workflow bottlenecks and suggest process improvements.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to internal and external stakeholders during weekend operations.
- Complete administrative duties, including data entry, report generation, and filing.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree program (preferably in Supply Chain, Business, or Logistics).
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) throughout the summer.
- Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and stand for extended periods as required by warehouse operations.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
