Responsibilities
- Conduct market research and candidate sourcing using LinkedIn and other professional platforms.
- Optimize job postings and company profiles for maximum SEO visibility.
- Assist in screening resumes and coordinating interview schedules for weekend shifts.
- Update and maintain the CRM database with accurate candidate information.
- Support the recruitment team at weekend career fairs and networking events.
- Collaborate on content creation for internal newsletters and social media channels.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree program (Junior or Senior preferred).
- Strong interest in Human Resources, Marketing, or Digital Media.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Familiarity with SEO concepts and social media platforms.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and/or Sunday).
- Proactive attitude with a keen eye for detail.
