Responsibilities
- Assist in sourcing and screening potential candidates through various channels (LinkedIn, Indeed, Boolean search).
- Coordinate interview schedules and logistics between candidates and hiring managers.
- Update and maintain candidate databases within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) accurately.
- Conduct market research to identify emerging talent pools and industry trends.
- Support recruitment marketing initiatives, including writing job descriptions and posting on social media.
- Attend career fairs and networking events to represent the company brand.
- Provide administrative support to the recruitment team and HR department.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Strong interest in recruitment, talent acquisition, or the tech industry.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and social media platforms.
- Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be available to work 20-30 hours per week during the summer (June – August).
- Reliable internet connection is required for remote/hybrid tasks.
