Responsibilities
- Monitor and manage inbound and outbound inventory flows during night shift hours.
- Utilize warehouse management software (WMS) to update stock levels, track shipments, and process orders.
- Perform quality assurance checks on received goods to ensure accuracy and compliance with company standards.
- Assist in maintaining a safe and organized work environment, adhering to all OSHA safety regulations.
- Collaborate with the night shift team to meet daily productivity targets and operational goals.
- Support the packing and labeling process for customer orders with a focus on speed and precision.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree program (Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field).
- Availability to work rotating night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM) for the duration of the Summer and Fall sessions.
- Strong computer proficiency and basic data entry skills.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 25 lbs for extended periods in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Valid driver’s license (preferred but not mandatory).
