Responsibilities
- Assist the recruitment team in sourcing and screening potential candidates through various channels.
- Support the execution of social media campaigns and content creation for brand awareness.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify talent trends.
- Update and optimize job postings on external job boards to improve SEO visibility.
- Coordinate interview schedules and assist in the onboarding process for new hires.

Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in an accredited college or university (Junior or Senior status preferred).
- Must be able to earn college credit for this internship position.
