As an Intern, you will work directly with our senior recruiters to identify, screen, and engage candidates for technical roles in software engineering, data science, and IT. You will gain exposure to cutting-edge recruiting tools, interview processes, and our company culture.

Responsibilities
- Candidate Sourcing: Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search strings, and social media to identify passive and active candidates for open positions.
- Resume Screening: Review resumes and applications to identify top talent that matches job requirements.
- Phone Screening: Conduct initial phone screens to assess candidate qualifications, salary expectations, and cultural fit.
- Interview Coordination: Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Pipeline Management: Maintain and update candidate pipelines in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Market Research: Assist in researching salary benchmarks and industry trends to support recruitment strategies.
- Onboarding Support: Help prepare offer letters and orientation materials for new hires.
Qualifications
- Education: Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree program in Human Resources, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (Graduating Class of 2024 or 2025).
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and social media platforms.
- Research Skills: Ability to conduct online research and analyze data effectively.
- Interpersonal Skills: High energy, enthusiasm, and the ability to build rapport quickly with diverse individuals.
- Availability: Ability to work a minimum of 15-20 hours per week, with potential for full-time hours during breaks.
- Location: Must be based in Milwaukee, WI or willing to commute.
