Responsibilities
- Monitor and analyze nightly operational metrics and data streams.
- Assist in troubleshooting technical issues for night-shift support teams.
- Conduct quality assurance checks on deliverables produced during the night cycle.
- Communicate effectively with cross-functional departments during shift handovers.
- Update digital records and internal documentation systems.
- Support the leadership team in implementing process improvements for night operations.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree program (Graduation by Fall 2025).
- Availability to work a consistent Night Shift schedule (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Basic understanding of operational workflows or logistics is a plus.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
