Qualifications
- 5+ years technical recruiting experience with proven success in emerging tech sectors
- Expertise in sourcing AI/ML engineers, quantum computing specialists, and sustainability tech professionals
- Proficiency in Boolean search strings, LinkedIn Recruiter, and GitHub talent sourcing
- Strong understanding of technical assessment frameworks and coding challenges
- Experience scaling recruitment processes for hyper-growth startups
- Certification in Technical Recruiting or Talent Acquisition (e.g., CTS, CPHR-Tech)
- Portfolio demonstrating successful placements in 2026-relevant technologies
