Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end full-cycle recruitment process, from sourcing and screening to interviewing and closing top technical talent.
- Utilize advanced sourcing strategies, including Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, and networking events, to build a robust pipeline of qualified candidates.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers and engineering leads to understand technical requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Conduct effective phone screens and in-person interviews, providing feedback and market insights to stakeholders.
- Nurture candidate relationships through timely communication and engagement.
- Track recruitment metrics and pipeline activities to ensure consistent delivery against quarterly targets.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in technical recruiting or human resources, preferably within the software, IT, or engineering sectors.
- Proven track record of successfully filling hard-to-fill technical roles and meeting aggressive hiring targets.
- Expert proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and social media recruiting platforms (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever, LinkedIn Recruiter).
- Strong understanding of the local Austin, Texas job market and the broader technical talent landscape.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with a proven ability to build rapport quickly.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment.
