Apex Tech Solutions is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Technical Recruiter Intern to join our Talent Acquisition team in the heart of Boston. This internship offers a unique opportunity to dive into the fast-paced world of tech recruitment, working directly with experienced recruiters to help us build the next generation of engineering and data talent.
As an intern, you will gain hands-on experience in full-cycle recruiting, from sourcing passive candidates to managing interview logistics. We are looking for candidates interested in a Summer or Fall start who are eager to learn and contribute to our mission of connecting top-tier talent with innovative technology solutions.
What You Will Do:
- Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process, including screening resumes and scheduling interviews.
- Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and other sourcing tools to identify qualified candidates for technical roles.
- Conduct market research to stay up-to-date with industry trends and compensation benchmarks.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and create compelling job descriptions.
- Support employer branding initiatives, including social media content creation and campus recruiting events.
- Update and maintain candidate data in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).

Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with a professional demeanor.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, with proficiency in Excel highly preferred.
- Excellent research skills and internet navigation abilities.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team environment.
- Passion for technology and an eagerness to learn about software development, engineering, and data science.
