What You Will Do:

  • Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process, including screening resumes and scheduling interviews.
  • Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and other sourcing tools to identify qualified candidates for technical roles.
  • Conduct market research to stay up-to-date with industry trends and compensation benchmarks.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and create compelling job descriptions.
  • Support employer branding initiatives, including social media content creation and campus recruiting events.
  • Update and maintain candidate data in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).

  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, with proficiency in Excel highly preferred.
  • Excellent research skills and internet navigation abilities.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team environment.
  • Passion for technology and an eagerness to learn about software development, engineering, and data science.
