As an intern, you will gain hands-on experience in sourcing top-tier tech talent, coordinating interview schedules, and assisting in the full recruitment lifecycle. No prior experience is required—just a hunger to learn and a passion for connecting people with opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Conduct proactive sourcing on LinkedIn and other professional networks to identify potential candidates for open positions.
- Screen resumes and phone screen applicants to assess cultural fit and technical skills.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Assist in building and maintaining a pipeline of qualified candidates for future roles.
- Prepare offer letters and manage onboarding documentation for selected interns.
- Collaborate with the recruiting team to improve hiring processes and employer branding.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Basic understanding of the recruitment lifecycle and ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems).
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
