Responsibilities
- Assist in sourcing potential candidates through various channels, including LinkedIn, job boards, and networking events.
- Screen resumes and applications to identify top talent that matches job requirements.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Manage candidate data in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and CRM platforms.
- Conduct market research to identify emerging talent pools and industry trends.
- Prepare candidate briefing materials and provide feedback to the recruitment team.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree program in Human Resources, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and basic data entry.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Self-motivated individual with a keen interest in recruitment and talent acquisition.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
