Responsibilities
- Source and screen technical candidates (Software Engineers, DevOps, QA) using LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean search techniques.
- Manage the end-to-end interview process coordination, including scheduling and email communication.
- Assist in posting open positions on major job boards (Indeed, LinkedIn, Glassdoor) and internal channels.
- Conduct market research on candidate compensation packages and industry trends.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate data in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and job specifications.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree program in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Must be eligible to receive College Credit for this position.
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Passion for technology and a basic understanding of software development lifecycles.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
