Responsibilities
- Screen incoming resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates for technical roles.
- Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidate skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers in our ATS systems.
- Assist in the preparation of interview materials and job descriptions.
- Provide exceptional customer service to candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Collaborate with the recruitment team to optimize sourcing strategies.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree program in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Strong research skills and high attention to detail in data entry.
- Must be available to work the Night Shift (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Self-motivated with a proactive attitude and ability to work independently.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is a plus.
