Responsibilities
- Assist in the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates for local New York and Georgia markets.
- Conduct market research to identify talent pools and industry trends relevant to our clients.
- Utilize social media platforms and professional networks (LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.) to attract passive candidates.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a seamless experience.
- Update candidate databases and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) with accurate and up-to-date information.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize job postings and enhance our employer brand locally.
- Provide administrative support for recruitment events and talent acquisition campaigns.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree program in Business, Marketing, Human Resources, or a related field, or recently graduated.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Ability to work independently and meet daily performance targets in a fast-paced environment.
- Valid US work authorization for New York, Georgia, or remote work within the USA.
- High level of organization and attention to detail when managing multiple candidate pipelines.
