Responsibilities
- Assist the technical recruiting team in sourcing and screening high-quality candidates for open positions.
- Optimize job postings and company content for SEO to improve search engine visibility.
- Manage candidate pipelines using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) like Greenhouse or Lever.
- Conduct outreach to potential candidates via LinkedIn and professional networks.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop content strategies that drive organic traffic.
- Update and maintain the company careers page with fresh, SEO-friendly content.
- Participate in weekly team meetings and training sessions to develop professional skills.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree program or recent graduate (Students Welcome).
- Basic understanding of search engine optimization principles and keywords.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
- Self-motivated individual with the ability to work both independently and in a team setting.
- Reliable internet connection and a dedicated workspace.
