Responsibilities
- Conduct market research and utilize Boolean search strategies to identify passive candidates for technical roles.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial phone screens to assess candidate qualifications.
- Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers in Phoenix and Florida.
- Manage the applicant tracking system (ATS) and maintain accurate candidate pipelines.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize job descriptions for SEO.
- Assist in organizing recruitment events and campus networking sessions.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree program in Human Resources, Business, Marketing, or related field.
- Strong interest in Recruitment and Human Resources with a focus on the Technology sector.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Self-motivated with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Valid driver's license (for occasional local travel within Arizona).
