Responsibilities
- Sourcing & Screening: Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and networking strategies to identify and engage passive candidates for technical roles.
- Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage the end-to-end hiring process, from creating job descriptions and posting to conducting interviews, background checks, and extending offers.
- Client Collaboration: Partner with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and build robust talent pipelines.
- Interview Coordination: Schedule interviews, prepare candidates, and provide feedback to ensure a seamless experience for all stakeholders.
- Brand Ambassador: Represent Apex Digital Solutions at industry events, job fairs, and networking sessions to build our employer brand.
Qualifications
- Experience: 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in the tech industry, preferably in the Chicago market.
- Sourcing Skills: Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and advanced sourcing techniques (Boolean search, social recruiting).
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a knack for storytelling.
- Technical Aptitude: Ability to understand and discuss technical concepts and software stacks (e.g., JavaScript, Python, React).
- Organization: Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously.
