Responsibilities
- Manage the full lifecycle of recruitment, from sourcing to onboarding candidates for roles in Las Vegas and Georgia.
- Utilize Boolean search techniques and LinkedIn Recruiter to find passive candidates.
- Conduct technical screenings and behavioral interviews to assess candidate quality.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements and success metrics.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is highly preferred.
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and technical terminology.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote or hybrid setting.
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred).
